(Jackson) The deadline is approaching to apply for the Federated REA Basin and L&O Scholarships. This is the 18th year that Federated REA has given away two $1000 scholarships to two local Federated Members sons or daughters. Marketing & Communications Director Andrea Christoffer explains the eligibility requirements.
Deadline to apply for the Basin scholarships is January 27th. Christoffer says their Youth Tour contest is also happening right now. Anyone who attends a Jackson or Martin County school can apply for a free trip to Washington DC that happens from June 16th to the 21st of 2025. Application deadline for this program is February 3rd.
