The North Carolina Community Foundation has announced its new “Disaster Relief and Resilience Scholarship,” which is open to undergraduate and graduate students from 29 counties in western North Carolina.

Eligible students must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year college or university. The eligible counties include Alleghany, Wilkes, and Yadkin counties.
Applications are due by Monday, March 3, and there is no fee for submission.
