Days Creek Dollars for Scholars awarded $32,500 in scholarships for the 2024-25 school year to graduating seniors.
Katherine Clifton was awarded the $3,500 Founders Scholarship in Memory of Susanna Dagler. Clifton also received $1,000 from the Kelley Scholarship to further her education.
Wyatt Geiger was awarded the $3,500 Founders Scholarship in Honor of Ruth Stafford and the Sever Ellefson Memorial scholarship of $500 for planning to pursue a degree in business, computer science of a related field.
Riley Crume received $2,000 in the Agnes Duncan Memorial Community Service Scholarship for demonstrating a high level of community service.
McKenzie Park was awarded a $1,000 vocational scholarship for planning to attend an academic or trade school for a vocational career.
Christine McCoy received $2,000 from the John B. Smith Memorial Scholarship.
Gracie Stone was awarded $1,500 from the Michaels Family Memorial Scholarship for planning to pursue a degree in education or a vocational program.
The general scholarship of $2,000 each is available for all graduating seniors with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and who show involvement of extracurricular activities. This scholarship was awarded to Clifton, Crume, Geiger, McCoy, Park, Stone and Kaleigh Loiodici.
