East-Central Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative is proud to announce it has awarded $12,000 in scholarships. The $1,000 scholarships will go to two young men who plan to further their education in the Powerline Technician program and 10 graduating seniors who plan to further their education in a diverse range of programs. Congratulations to these deserving students!
