The Eric Bleumink Fellowship is a prestigious, fully funded scholarship initiative offered by the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Application & Nomination Procedure
Unlike many scholarships, you cannot submit a direct application for the fellowship itself. Instead:
- Apply for a Master’s program at the University of Groningen with your chosen department (before 1 December).
- If your application is accepted (provisionally or unconditionally) by February, you become eligible for nomination for the Eric Bleumink Fellowship.

- The deadline for master’s program admission applications is 1 December (of the preceding year).
- Only candidates admitted before February will be considered for the fellowship nomination.
