JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WCYB) — ETSU is celebrating 25 years of its Roan Scholars Leadership Program.
Each Spring, the university selects between 1–12 high school seniors from across six states, awarding them scholarships valued at nearly $100,000 over four years.
The program is funded through donations from individuals and local businesses, investing in students with strong leadership potential and a commitment to service.
The deadline to apply for the Roan Scholars Leadership Program this year is October 15th, and final selections are expected to be announced next Spring.
