On Thursday morning, Mark Porter was at Cincinnati (Ohio) St. Xavier and so were Ohio State assistant coaches James Laurinaitis and Keenan Bailey. Laurinaitis was there to see 2026 linebacker Jakobe Clapper, who goes by Kobe. That day, Laurinaitis offered Clapper a scholarship.
That morning on the Bucknuts Morning 5 we talked about Clapper and then later that day in my column I had an item about him.
