Faw Casson CPA announces the recipients of the 2024 Faw Casson Future Accounting Scholarships.
This initiative recognizes high school seniors who demonstrate academic excellence and a passion for accounting.
Three students have been awarded $2,000 scholarships to support their higher education endeavors.
De’Aira Lopez is a senior at Woodbridge High School. De’Aira has demonstrated academic excellence and plans to pursue a career in accounting. She is considering attending Goldy-Beacom College, Delaware State University, or Towson University.
Alexi Nowakowski is a senior at Cape Henlopen High School. Alexi has consistently excelled academically and has shown a strong interest in accounting. She plans to attend either Vanderbilt University, the University of Delaware, or the University of Mississippi.
Sara Dawson, also a senior at Cape Henlopen High School, has been recognized for her academic achievements and interest in accounting. She plans to further her education at either the University of Delaware, Virginia Tech, or Penn State University.
The Faw Casson Future Accounting Scholarship program is part of the firm’s broader mission to support education and professional development within the community. By investing in these talented students, Faw Casson is not only aiding their educational journeys but also contributing to the growth and advancement of the accounting profession.
