PENNSYLVANIA (WOLF) — Applications for the 12th annual student financial literacy scholarship competition are now open.
Students in grades 9-12 across the Commonwealth can submit a short essay or poem about financial literacy.
Three winners and three honorable mentions will be selected in April, Financial Literacy Month.
