Applicants must be current students at South West College or pupils from local feeder schools completing A-Levels or Level 3 qualifications this summer.
The scholarships, worth £10,400 each, will be given to three pupils and two students, covering tuition fees for the entire three-year duration of the course.
Eligible programmes include foundation degrees and final-year top-ups in subjects ranging from computing and media arts to sport and civil engineering.
Last year’s scholarship winner, Bradley Creevy, studying an Ulster University Foundation Degree in Computing, praised the initiative.
He said: “Thanks to this scholarship initiative, I’ve been able to pursue my ambition in IT without the stress of accumulating significant debt.
“The application process was straightforward and quick, and I would highly recommend SWC for further and higher education.
“The lecturers are incredibly supportive, and the overall environment is both friendly and welcoming.”
