Five Pueblo Central grads earn scholarships from Class of '59 alumni – Pueblo Chieftain
Alumni of Pueblo Central High School’s Class of 1959 have awarded five scholarships to graduates of the 2024 class. Since 2015, donations to the group’s scholarship fund have exceeded $100,000 and 20 graduating members of Central classes have received scholarships. All funds are donations from former Central students or advocates.
This year, four $4,000 scholarships and one $2,500 were awarded. Scholarship recipients are determined by a comprehensive vetting process. All selected students obtained a 3.9 GPA or higher.
