Four students on Maui have received $2,000 each in scholarship funds for their academic and extracurricular activities and participation in the Maui Junior Golf Association.
Receiving the Henry S. Yogi Foundation awards were Alyssa Ching of H.P. Baldwin High School, Renner Chumley of Maui Preparatory Academy, Anessa Riglos of H.P. Baldwin High School and Christopher Salem of Maui Preparatory Academy.
Ching will be attending Portland State University majoring in civil engineering, while Chumley will attend the University of Notre Dame and major in finance.
Riglos will attend Tennessee State University and major in applied and industrial technologiesm, and Salem will be attending the University of Hawaii Manoa and majoring in finance and accounting.
Henry S. Yogi is a long-time golf professional and teacher, a member of the PGA Aloha Section’s Hall of Fame, and supporter of Maui junior golfers.
