Rockwall, TX (August 5, 2025) – The Rockwall Chapter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association recently awarded $20,000 to four Rockwall ISD graduates who will be attending Texas Tech University this fall. Since 2005, the Rockwall Chapter has awarded over $320,000 in college scholarships to 84 Rockwall High School and Rockwall Heath High School graduates attending Texas Tech University.

The 21st Tommy Hooper Texas Tech Memorial Golf Tournament is being held this year at the Buffalo Creek Golf Club on Monday, September 29, 2025. All proceeds go toward funding these annual scholarships. You can register online for this years tournament at www.texastechalumni.org
