SHORT GAP, W.Va. — The following Frankfort High School students earned awards and scholarships at the May 25 graduation ceremonies held at the stadium.
• Quinn Keizler Mandell, co-valedictorian — Mineral County Board of Education Excellence in Education Student Achievement Award, PROMISE Scholarship, University of Kentucky Provost Scholarship, Student Council Award, Ray and Polly Umstot Memorial Scholarship and Tucker Community Foundation Scholarship.
