(Lincoln, Neb.) EducationQuest will host a series of virtual events focused on financial aid and college planning this fall. All events are free, and the public is encouraged to participate.
Senior Vice President for College Access Daphne Hall said, “Every year, millions of federal student aid dollars remain unclaimed due to confusion about the financial aid process. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) opens doors to vital funding opportunities, including scholarships, grants, work-study, and loans. EducationQuest is committed to assisting Nebraskans in navigating the application process and making higher education accessible for everyone.”
In September, a series of Financial Aid Program webinars will be presented to help students and parents/guardians understand the financial aid process. Students who attend are eligible to enter a drawing for one of six $500 scholarships. Advanced registration is required and can be completed at https://eqf.org/EvntCal. Dates and times (all Central Time) are listed below.
