French Government (Eiffel Excellence) Masters and PhD Scholarships for Developing Countries 
Application Deadline: 10th January
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Programme was established by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, encouraging applications from emerging countries at master’s level, and from emerging and industrialized countries at PhD level.
Make Our Planet Great Again (MOPGA) Visiting Fellowship Program for Young Researchers
Application Deadline: 1t6h January
A visiting fellowship agreement with the French host institution will be established between the institutions and the laureates.
Sciences Po Mastercard Foundation Scholars Programme for Undergraduate and Graduate Africans to Study in France (Summer school)
Application Deadlines: 29th January
The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po aims to support 120 talented African students through their studies so they can go on to become changemakers in their home countries.
Margaret McNamara Educational Grants (Formerly Margaret McNamara Memorial Fund) Scholarships for Women from Developing Countries in US & Canada
Application Deadline: 15th January
Margaret McNamara Educational Grants (MMEG) scholarship applications for female students from Developing Countries to assist women pursue their education with the aim of improving the lives of these women and children. Grants will be used in schools in the USA and Canada.
Leadership and Advocacy for Women in Africa (LAWA) Fellowship Programme
Application Deadline: 19th January
The LAWA Program helps defray the costs for women’s rights attorneys from Africa who would not otherwise be able to afford a Master of Laws degree focusing on international women’s human rights and the additional leadership training.
US Government TechWomen Programme for Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Fields
Application Deadline: 5th January (previous deadline)
The TechWomen initiative will identify 100 women in STEM fields from countries in Africa, Central and South Asia, and the Middle East to participate in the program.
Mastercard Cambridge University African Scholars Programme for Graduate African Students
Application Deadline: 5th January
In addition to full funding (fees and maintenance), the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Cambridge will provide scholars with support for travel to and from the UK (including visas, if needed). In addition, Scholars will benefit from a cohort-wide induction programme, likely to require early arrival in Cambridge before the start of the course.
Cambridge Africa Changemakers Scholarship for African Students
Application Deadline: 5th January
The Cambridge Africa Changemakers Scholarship is a programme of full-cost scholarships for PhD students in any subject, open to candidates from any country in Africa. It is tenable at any college.
Gates Cambridge Scholarships (Fully-funded Masters & PhD) in UK for International Students

Gates Cambridge Trust offers full fee postgraduate (Masters and PhD) Gates Cambridge Scholarships for outstanding International students to study any course at the University of Cambridge, UK.
Cambridge Trust Graduate Scholarships for International Students

The University of Cambridge has opened application window for all scholarships that require you to apply to the University of Cambridge via the normal online application form, and most scholarships that require you to apply by the relevant deadline.
Oxford-Thatcher Graduate Scholarships (Fully-funded) for MENA Countries
