Portage | The Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that they will offer three, one-time $1,000 gift scholarships to current High School Seniors attending school in the City of Portage, Indiana that will graduate in Spring 2025.
The Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to addressing the immediate needs of local businesses while also planning for a vibrant future. To ensure the long-term success of Portage’s business sector, the Chamber is proud to offer scholarships aimed at fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs. By supporting students in their post-secondary education, the Chamber hopes to inspire them to return to the City of Portage and contribute to its growth by launching their own businesses. Chamber Executive Director Jerry Czarnecki said, “We are thrilled to offer this scholarship opportunity for students within our service area. Investing in education is investing in the future of our community, and we are committed to empowering the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must be a high school senior attending school in the City of Portage with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025 and plan to attend an Indiana vocational, technical, college or university.
