MacKenzie Gilland was recognized by the Elizabethtown Lions Club as one of three recipients of the Elizabethtown Lions Club scholarship at the meeting June 3. Gilland is a 2025 graduate of John Hardin High School and received her scholarship check for $1,500 at the JHHS seniors’ awards night before graduating. Gilland was in attendance at the club meeting to personally thank its members for selecting and honoring her. Pictured are Gilland and President Lion Willie Oden.
