The Good Deeds Club announced two scholarships to mark the launch of its second year, in the presence of Tamil Nadu Governor R.N. Ravi, and industrialist Nalli Kuppuswami Chetti. A donation of ₹5,00,000 was presented to the Vallamai Trust to fund the education, boarding, and police training of economically challenged youth. Furthermore, a scholarship of ₹1,00,000 was awarded to Mayura, a transwoman, to help her pursue higher studies in information technology. The scholarships were presented by the Governor, Good Deeds Club president Apsara Reddy and vice-chairperson Sindura Arvind.
