LIGONIER — West Noble High School awarded 41 scholarships to 25 graduating seniors of the Class of 2024 at a May 6 banquet so that they may continue their education at the colleges of their choice.
The scholarships are made possible by the investment of individuals and organizations in the students through scholarships. Without that generosity, advanced education may have been out of reach for many students.
These seniors were awarded scholarships:
JaLynn Baker, Indiana University Bloomington, Biology: Joyce Hontz Memorial Scholarship, $500; Ligonier Lions Club Scholarship, $1,000; and Olive B. Cole Scholarship, $2,500.
