Earlier this year, the foundation also distributed $110,000 to 10 area schools and districts to support local scholarship programs. Those grants, funded through the Wilfred and Joan Larson Endowment, bring the organization’s total 2025 support for post-secondary opportunities to $619,728.
“Congratulations to all students receiving scholarships this year,” said Torey Caviston, the foundation’s youth and community impact coordinator. “Through the generosity of donor partners and our role as steward of community assets, every year we’re able to support local students in their post-secondary pursuits.”
