TOWNSEND — The Historical Society will host a St. Patrick’s Day Scholarship Fundraiser event from 6:30 until 8 p.m. Friday, March 14, at North Middlesex Regional High School, located at 19 Main St.
The event will feature dances by members of the Flying Irish Studio and the McGonagle School of Irish Dance, and music by Quinton C.
“The evening promises to be a fun event for all ages,” said Maryjane Churchville, site administrator of the Townsend Historical Society. “We will have lots of singing and a thunderous evening of Irish step dancing – our own Squanicook/Nashua River Dance Show.”
This event is made possible by The Amanda E. Dwight Entertainment Fund.
Tickets are $12 at the door; $10 in advance, $8 for seniors, and a discount for a family over 4. Proceeds from this event will benefit scholarships for North Middlesex Regional High School and Nashoba Valley Technical High School students.
