Sheriff Kevin W. Cripps, Marion County, will be awarding 1 scholarship in the amount of $500. Each Sherriff in Illinois received a scholarship to be awarded to who the sheriff believes is the most deserving in their designated county.
The scholarship is only applicable for tuition, books, and fees. Only students enrolled full-time at a certified institution, and pursuing a higher education in the 2025-2026 school year may receive this scholarship. Applicants must be a permanent Illinois residence.
Applications are now available at your local Sheriff’s office or on the ISA Website at https://www.ilsheriff.org/youth-2/. Applications must be returned to the Sheriff’s Department by March 14th, 2025.
