Independent School District 196’s (Rosemount – Apple Valley – Eagan) Grow Your Own – Adult Pathway Program states that applicant eligibility is for “people of color or American Indian people who are seeking/enrolled in their first teacher education program to earn a Tier 3 license.” The program offers eligible participants “tuition scholarships up to $10,000 each year,” “books scholarships up to $1,000 each year,” and “mentorship and professional development each year.”
