SPOKANE, Wash. — The 2025-26 school year is almost here, and several Inland Northwest students are receiving some financial help.
The Innovia Foundation announced that they are giving out more than $436,000 in scholarships to students throughout the Inland Northwest for the upcoming school year.
The Innovia Foundation said $436,089 is being awarded to students through 30 different scholarship programs.
The foundation said 170 total scholarships were given out to students across Eastern Washington and North Idaho. Many of those students are going to college in the Inland Northwest, while others are going to college across the country.
The Innovia Foundation said the goal of the scholarships is to help students achieve career and post-high school education goals.
“In partnership with our generous donors, Innovia’s scholarship programs help transform the lives of students by making higher education more accessible,” Shelly O’Quinn, CEO of Innovia Foundation, said. “Each year, we are proud to provide scholarship awards that make more possible for students across our region.”
