International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund 2026 for Women Graduate Students in the USA & Canada. The scholarship is based upon demonstrated need; however, the award is not intended to cover all academic or personal expenses. At the time of application, the applicant is required to indicate additional financial resources adequate to meet her estimated expenses. The maximum amount awarded to a student is $12,500.

The International Peace Scholarship (IPS) Fund is a prestigious program established by the P.E.O. Sisterhood to support international women pursuing graduate studies in the United States or Canada.
Get Up to $100,000 Student Loan for Your Master in US or Canada.
The IPS Fund was created to promote peace through education by empowering women from around the world to gain advanced knowledge, develop leadership skills, and return home to foster positive change and international understanding.
The scholarship is open to all graduate fields of study at accredited universities or colleges in the U.S. or Canada, provided the applicant is enrolled in a full-time, formal coursework-based program.
❌ Scholarships are not awarded for online programs, internships, or research-only studies unless combined with formal coursework.

🎓 The number of awards varies each year, depending on available funds and the number of qualified applicants.

Beyond funding, recipients join a respected global network of women leaders and changemakers committed to advancing peace and international cooperation.
🕐 One academic year (renewable based on need and academic progress, subject to IPS Board approval).
