Jenkintown Community Alliance, Abington Township/PSU Abington offering scholarships for eligible residents – Glenside Local

The Jenkintown Community Alliance (JCA) is offering a graduating Jenkintown Borough high school senior a $3,000 scholarship to put towards their post-secondary studies.
The application is open to any senior, in any school, who has demonstrated a strong interest in the arts in its many forms. Applicants do not need to intend to enroll in an art-related major or program to be eligible for the scholarship.  
Applications are due by Friday, May 16 via email to Leo Greenberry, Leo@jenkintown.net. The winner will be notified in early June. The scholarship funds will be sent to the winning applicant in the fall of 2025.
In related news, Abington Township and Penn State Abington have partnered to offer $5,000 scholarships for eligible township residents.
