On Tuesday, May 13, students from Jourdanton High School were awarded $11,000 in scholarships from the Jourdanton Rotary Club, which were presented by president Michele Higginbotham.

Recipients of the Jourdanton Community Scholarships include Kianna Cruz, Hailey Sralik, Mia Willborn, Kathryn Borth, Kevin Garcia, and John Delgado. In addition Kianna Cruz and Shyann Roberson each received a Rotary Youth Leadership Award Scholarship.
Each student received $1,500 and an additional $1,000 was awarded to RYLA recipients. Congratulations to these amazing students and well wishes for a bright future!
