As the Key Biscayne Women’s Club approaches its 75th diamond anniversary in 2025, members are looking to the future and stepping up their social fund-raising projects. Since 1958 the club has provided scholarships to local students who are residents of the Island, or whose parents work on the island.
Over the years, scholarships have been funded by bake sales, raffles, fashion shows and other fundraising activities, ensuring the club maintains its support of talented young people. The club’s most recent event, Wine and Paint, marked another successful effort. Club leadership is currently planning for their largest fundraising event, the 2025 Mardi Gras Gala to be held at the Ocean Club on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
