Former Philadelphia Eagle Jason Kelce and current Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce were in Cincinnati this week for a live taping of their popular podcast, “New Heights.”
The live show at Fifth Third Arena on the University of Cincinnati’s campus featured special guests such as Joe Burrow and Orlando Brown Jr., a competition between athletes and students and, of course, the live episode of “New Heights.”
Also part of the festivities was the two Kelce brothers, former UC student-athletes themselves, awarding the inaugural Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux scholarship to Ben Blevins.
The scholarship is part of a series established in honor of Jason Kelce’s 13-year NFL career, which began with his days as a college walk-on.
Blevins, a defensive tackle on the Bearcats’ football team, transitioned from offense to defense and earned the Iron Bearcat award, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and leadership in his criminal justice studies.
Blevins was awarded the first of 13 scholarships during a University of Cincinnati Football team meeting on April 11 prior to the New Heights Podcast presentation event.
