PUNTA GORDA — A total of 28 high school seniors were awarded partial college scholarships Monday by the Kiwanis Foundation of Charlotte County.
The event, at the Charlotte Harbor Event Center, drew a crowd of students, parents and others to support the students and to hear from two guest speakers.
