The Knights of Columbus St. George Council #3928 in Guilford is thrilled to announce the winners of its 2024 scholarships. The recipients of this year’s scholarships are Brady Hallihan, Nolan Stankewich, and Noah Pakutka. All three recipients have earned a $1,000 scholarship for their outstanding academic service in the community and their Faith in Action achievements and dedication.
The Knights of Columbus St. George Council #3928 congratulates Hallihan, Stankewich, and Pakutka on their well-deserved scholarships and remains committed to supporting youth in the community and fostering their academic and personal growth.
“These scholarships recognize the hard work and dedication of these amazing students. We’re really proud to support their academic goals and can’t wait to see all the great things they’ll achieve,” said Grand Knight Al Koerner.
The Knights of Columbus St. George Council #3928 will be hosting its annual carnival from Tuesday, Aug. 6 through Saturday, Aug. 10 at 33 Whitfield Street in Guilford.
“This fun event helps fund the scholarships we award and, in addition, supports the St. George Church, so come out and support a great cause while enjoying the festivities,” said Joe Nelly, carnival chairman.
