Kylee Kolbicka, of Hanover Twp., who is in her second year of optometry school at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, was awarded the J. Pat Cummings scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to one optometry student from each school across the country in recognition of excellence in academia, community service and optometric patient care. Kolbicka was selected by her professors of optometry to represent MCPHS as the school’s scholarship recipient and was recognized at the 2025 American Academy of Optometry meeting in Boston.
