Minot Golden Kiwanis has awarded Certificates of Recognition to Madelyn Hogue and Autumn Steckler on behalf of the club and the Kiwanis Education Foundation of the Minnesota-Dakotas.
Hogue, from South Prairie High School, will receive a $1,000 scholarship from the Kiwanis Educational Foundation for ranking the highest in the Minn-Dak District with her application. This award will be sent to the college that she chooses to attend in the fall.
Steckler, from Bishop Ryan High School, will receive a $750 scholarship from the Kiwanis Educational Foundation. The Minot Golden K added $250 to this amount so that she will receive $1,000 that will be sent to the college she chooses to attend in the fall.
Hogue, Steckler and their parents were guests of the Minot Golden Kiwanis at the club’s June 18 meeting.
