Long-form Scholarship Celebration submissions open – West Virginia University
Designed to celebrate and recognize the achievements of all faculty and staff who have published or produced a full length work, the Office of the Provost, WVU Libraries, WVU Press and WVU Humanities Center will host the 2025 Long-form Scholarship Celebration from 4-6 p.m. Oct. 23.
If you published, released or produced some type of long-form scholarship between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024, we invite you to participate.
Complete the online submission form by Oct. 3.
The form will ask participants to include a representative image of their work (e.g., book cover) that can be used for the website and digital showcase.
We also ask that participants provide a physical copy of their work for display at the event. If you are unable to do so, indicate this on the form so that we may attempt to obtain a copy through other means.
Physical copies should be delivered to Thea Brown at the Downtown Library Complex main desk by Oct. 7.
