The Longview Pioneer Lions hosted its annual scholarship luncheon on May 21 to honor local graduating seniors.
Four students were each awarded a $2,000 scholarship, and each had a grade-point average above 3.8, according to the club.
R. A. Long senior Mathew Verdoorn and Mark Morris senior Rosie Johnson received the Frank Brown Vocational Scholarship.
The Don Peck Memorial Scholastic Scholarship was presented to R. A. Long senior Gracie Kvalvik.
Mark Morris senior Charlize Blain also received the Don Peck award, but was unable to attend the luncheon.
