SALT LAKE CITY — Some of the most accomplished high school students in the state earned recognition and scholarships last night at the Sterling Scholar Awards.
This group of students represents high schools all over Utah. They have stellar GPAs, community service and many have earned a lot of college credit in high school, and were all finalists in the program.  
The Sterling Scholar winner was Xiaocheng Ai from Corner Canyon High School!
“It means a lot because it’s kind of a culmination of the work I’ve put in, my academics, my leadership, my service,” Ai said.
KSL and Deseret News host Sterling Scholars each year to spotlight outstanding students, and we congratulate all the finalists and their parents.
