The Luzerne County Community College Foundation held its Annual Scholarship Celebration on Saturday, Oct. 4, at the Westmoreland Club in Wilkes-Barre.
LCCC alumna Lynette H. Kuhn, deputy secretary and commissioner for postsecondary and higher education at the Pennsylvania Department of Education, served as the guest speaker.
The Annual Scholarship Celebration is a signature event that honors the generosity of donors, recognizes outstanding scholarship recipients and celebrates distinguished Community Award winners. Proceeds from the evening directly support student scholarships, helping to make higher education more accessible for students across the region.
