The Luzerne County Sports Hall of Fame announced the recipients of the 2025 Carol A. Hurley Scholarship.
The recipients and the colleges they are attending include Hannah Ziegler, University of Pittsburgh; Bryce Miller, University of Notre Dame; and Faith Russo, DeSales University.
Each was presented with a $1,000 scholarship. These awards were directed through the Luzerne Foundation for distribution. To date, the Hall of Fame has provided over $18,000 to 22 school districts in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
