Makenna Elrod-Seiler’s father Chris Seiler and brother Logan Elrod, with family friends and supporters, hold up a $20,000 the memorial scholarship check for Region 8 rodeo cowboy Casper Ringelstein of Pleasanton. Makenna’s foundation presented two scholarship recipients with $20,000 each during the third-annual Makenna Elrod Seiler Memorial Roping event held April 12-13 at the Uvalde County Arena at the Fairplex.
