MARION — Three students have been awarded scholarships from the Marion Social Club.
Old Rochester Regional High School senior Matthew Hunt was awarded the William H Claflin, Jr. Scholarship for $2,500.
Old Rochester Regional High School senior Ella Bartholomew and Bishop Stang High School senior Dale Hunt were each awarded $1,500 scholarships.
“All of us should be proud of the accomplishment of these deserving students,” the Marion Social Club wrote.
The Marion Social Club provides functions and services to improve the quality of life for Tri-town youth, holding public functions annually to raise money for the services it provides, including its scholarship aid program.
