Bertie County Master Gardeners Abbey Sutton and Harriet Stout welcomed Master Gardeners from Chowan, Perquimans and Gates counties last Tuesday to celebrate the annual Master Gardeners Scholarship awards during a picnic at Historic Hope in Windsor.
The awards are a result of the annual Master Gardeners spring garden show.
