Mohave Community College – soon to be rebranded to Mohave College – is offering eight $500 scholarships aimed at providing for adults who either want to return to college or start their higher education journey for the first time.
Dr. Jenna Lowder, the Dean of Student and Community Engagement at MCC, says she and Julio Galindo, the executive director of the MCC Foundation, wanted to find a unique and effective way to utilize the $4000 available in scholarship money.
