Boca Raton, FL – July 17, 2025 – Meet Jude, a Milagro Center alum with a powerful story. On track to graduate early in December 2025, Jude plans to enter Florida Atlantic University’s accelerated nursing program next fall. But for students like Jude, high school graduation is only the beginning.

Only 27.4% of first-generation college students graduate within four years—often due to financial and academic barriers. That’s why the Rising Stars Scholarship Fund is a critical next step in Milagro Center’s mission: helping students not only get to college but stay there and succeed.
Since 2023, Milagro Center has awarded more than 30 scholarships to Delray Beach’s most at-risk youth—covering essentials like tuition, books, and transportation that often derail students’ progress.
Now that funda have been disbursed for the Class of 2025, Milagro needs the community’s help replenishing the Rising Stars Scholarship Fund.
