MOLINE, Ill. (KWQC) – A Moline High School senior received a prestigious Coca-Cola scholarship.
Regional representatives from The Atlantic Bottling Company came to Moline High School to honor Andrew Grau as the 2025 Coca-Cola Scholar.
Grau was presented with a $20,000 college scholarship, according to a MHS spokesperson. He is one of just 150 high school seniors selected from over 105,000 applicants nationwide.
Scholars are chosen based on their academic excellence, leadership, and service in school and community activities.
Following graduation, Grau said he plans to study computer engineering, but hasn’t yet decided on a college.
Grau will be honored at the 2025 Scholars Weekend in Atlanta in April.
