The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) deadline for the 2024–2025 school year is June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM Central Time but each college and career/trade school may have its own deadline, which is typically early and before the academic year starts. You can check with the financial aid office at the school you plan to attend for more information or your high school guidance counselor. Monmouth College Vice President of Enrollment Stephanie Levenson says they will have scholarship competitions soon for full tuition:
“That scholarship competition takes place at the beginning of February on campus. For those students who haven’t applied yet to Monmouth that are high school seniors, we’d encourage you to get your application in by December 15th. Also, just want to give a shoutout to our new nursing program and partnership with OSF HealthCare. It is a 3+1 program, so students can earn two degrees in four years. The degree from Monmouth is either in biopsychology, biology, or health sciences and human movement and then that fourth year you will take classes on our campus to get your accelerated BSN from St. Francis Medical Center Nursing, affiliated with OSF HealthCare. Clinicals will take place in the local area, both OSF hospitals in Monmouth and Galesburg.”
Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form allows you to be considered for federal student aid. In addition, states and colleges use FAFSA information to award their own grants, scholarships, and loans. For more, visit: https://studentaid.gov/apply-for-aid/fafsa/fafsa-deadlines.
