The HVAC industry is in need of passionate and skilled workers to meet the growing demand for services. And EGIA Foundation is helping in that fight through its HVAC HERO Scholarship. The scholarship was created to honor outstanding, deserving students pursuing an HVAC technical education. It offers vital financial support for those aiming to build careers in residential HVAC or home performance contracting.
Up to 30 eligible students per year are awarded a $2,500 scholarship to put toward tuition costs at an accredited community college, technical/vocational school, or approved technical institute while working to obtain HVAC degree or certificate.
Since 2018, EGIA has awarded:
•    135 scholarships
•    $337,000 to cover tuition
•    Scholarships in 36 States
•    Scholarships to 75 different HVAC Schools
These achievements highlight the significant impact the EGIA Foundation has made in the industry. And now comes the time when they invite others to share this opportunity with their community to continue supporting the next generation of HVAC professionals.
