PERHAM — More than 50 Perham High School students received a scholarship for post-secondary studies during the annual awards event on Wednesday, May 14. In total, more than $60,000 was presented in scholarships.
The scholarship presented included the following:

• Alpha Theta Kappa Scholarship for $1,000 was presented to Mari Pulver.
• Royale B. & Eleanor A. Arvig Memorial for $3,000 went to Isabella Wimmer.
• Bongards’ Creameries Scholarship for $1,000 was collected by Macey Minten.
• Breakfast on the Farm presented two $250 scholarships to Minten and Alexis Hartmann.
• Bremer Bank presented two $500 scholarships to Gabriel Parsons and Jack Wangler.
• Carson Breitenfeldt Memorial in the sum of $500 went to Greta Raser.
• Charles Nord Memorial presented two scholarships, each for $1,500. They went to Alayna Moe and Carter Flatau.

• Courage From Courtney provided three $1,000 scholarships. They were presented to Minten, Flatau and Carolyna Bailey.
• Deloris Barnack Kenner Memorial provided two $3,000 scholarships that went to Molly Meyer and Cole Reuter, and a $2,000 scholarship that went to Pulver.
• Dent American Legion Auxiliary presented three scholarships, each for $300, that were given to Wimmer, Pulver and Autumn Branchaud.
• Dent American Legion gifted four students with scholarships. Flatau received a scholarship for $1,000. Cash Burke, Minten and Meyer each received $500 scholarships.
• First National Bank provided two students each with $1,000 scholarships. The receiving students were Reuter and Aaron Ziemann.
• Frank Family Education Foundation provided two $1,000 scholarships that went to Pulver and Ziemann.
• Hats off to PHS scholarships for $500 each went to Moe and Breahna Rodewald.

• Iona Tenter Scholarship for $1,000 was presented to Anthony Schiller, William Baker and Hailey Cole.
• Jean Johnson Memorial Horticulture Award for $250 went to Ashley Tobon, Daphne Hanson and Kadence Schmitz.
• John Merkins Memorial for $500 was presented to Raser.
• Perham Fire Relief scholarships did not have an amount provided, but it was noted the recipients were Alex Blume and Bree Schossow.
• Karkela, Hunt, Cheshire, PLLP provided $1,000 scholarships that went to Reuter, Aubryana Zimmerman, Minten, Cate Diggins and Reese Hunt.
• KLN Enterprises, Inc. Scholarships of $500 went to Macie Marotz, Catherine Mata, Neil Sautter and Zimmerman.
• KLN Community Builder scholarships for $1,500 were presented to Wimmer and Meyer. Hunt received a scholarship for $1,200, Teo Lecoustre for $1,000 and Pulver and Elsa Brandvold for $750.

• Kyle Quittschreiber Memorial for $1,000 went to Flatau and Seth Urbach.
• LREC’s $600 scholarship was presented to Ashton Hendrickson.
• Lakes Area Gymnastics provided a $250 scholarship to Rodewald.
• Landon Meece Memorial presented a $1,000 scholarship to Meyer.
• Lowell Dreyer Memorial scholarships for $500 went to Minten and Wangler.
• Northern State University provided two scholarships to Brodey Evenson and Flatau. The amount of the scholarships were not provided.
• Nyhus Family Sales Scholarship for $2,500 went to Schmitz.

• Ottertail Lions provided 30 scholarships, each for $2,000, to: Avah Anderson, Elsa Bieger, Blume, Branchaud, Brandvold, Burke, Ashton Detloff, Hartmann, Hendrickson, Hunt, Katelyn Kratzke, Lecoustre, Kristen Meissner, Meyer, Minten, Jaidyn Papenfuss, Parsons, Harrison Poole, Pulver, Raser, Kallie Rourke, Schmitz, Schossow, Urbach, Wangler, Wimmer and Zimmerman.
• Ottertail Rod & Gun Club provided a $2,000 scholarship to Urbach.
• PEO Awards of $1,200 each went to Wimmer and Bryley Breun.
• PEO – BU Chapter awards of $1,500 went to Brandvold and Pulver.
• Perham Area Foundation scholarships for $1,500 went to Hunt and Meyer.
• Perham Area Scholarship Fund provided several scholarships. Pulver and Brandvold were each awarded $2,000 scholarships. Branchaud, Hunt and Wimmer received $1,500 scholarships. Schossow and Bieger received $1,200 scholarships. Natalie Tusow, Diggins and Meyer were presented $1,000 scholarships. Students receiving $750 scholarships included: Reuter, Moe, Burke, Zimmerman, Flatau, Schmitz, Lecoustre and Elle McDonald.
• Perham-Dent School Board awarded a $500 scholarship to Ziemann.

• Perham Health Scholarship of $1,000 each went to Branchaud, Wimmer and Moe.
• Perham Masonic Lodge presented Meyer and Blake Swenson with $1,000 scholarships.
• Perham Rotary Club awarded Hunt with a $2,000 scholarship and $1,250 scholarships to Flatau, Wimmer and Meissner.
• Reuter Family Dentistry presented a $1,000 scholarship to Branchaud and $500 scholarship to Raser.
• Robert L. Perry scholarships of $800 went to Kratzke, Raser, Minten and Hartmann.
• Robb Sachariason Memorial Scholarship $1,000 went to Diggins.
• Tuffy Nelson Memorial “Golf” scholarship of $1,000 was presented to Reuter and Zimmerman.
• Tuffy Nelson Memorial of $500 went to Bjorn Anderson, Bieger, Blume, Detloff, Diggins, Joshua Dolen, Chesney Esser, Evenson, Flatau, Cora Grismer, Hunt, Macguire Landor, Marotz, McDonald, Morgan Smith, Tusow, Urbach, Angel Urbano and Lilly Wunderlich.
• UCB (Battle of the Bees) $500 scholarships went to Hunt, Meissner, Meyer and Schossow.
• You Deserve This (MSEA) $500 scholarship went to Moe.
• The Wadena Elks Lodge $750 scholarship was presented to Wimmer.
• Magnifi Financial’s $1,000 scholarship went to Meyer.
