CASPER, Wyo. — Natrona County commissioners are offering three scholarships to eligible students for the 2025–26 academic year.
That’s according to a release from the commissioners, which states that interested students can submit an application to the county commissioners for consideration by 5 p.m. Friday, April 11.
“The recipient may elect to attend either the University of Wyoming or a community college as a full time student and must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5,” the release states. “This scholarship is for tuition only and must be requested by the student each year.”
Additionally, the Natrona County commissioners are offering one renewal scholarship for the 2025–26 academic year.
A renewal scholarship is a scholarship that can be renewed if students meet certain eligibility requirements, such as maintaining a minimum GPA, making satisfactory academic progress and maintaining continuous enrollment.
In order to apply for the scholarships, students must fill out an application and attach a brief résumé, as well as a transcript of current grades.
Applications can be downloaded at the Natrona County website.
