Students from around the world who enroll in the first year of a full-time undergraduate program at Nipissing University, whether in the fall semester in September or the winter semester in January, will automatically be considered for an Entrance Scholarship. Through the Nipissing University International Work Study Program (NUWork), the university offers part-time on-campus work opportunities for international students. These positions, generally available beginning in September of each academic year, require participants to meet financial eligibility requirements and have not obtained other types of financial support.
It is important to note that International Work-Study is not intended to provide emergency funding, but rather to provide a financial supplement to students through on-campus employment, as permitted by Citizenship & Immigration Canada (CIC).
